Welcome to GROW Substack. By subscribing, reading, or engaging with this publication, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or its services.

1. Ownership & Use

All content on this publication is the intellectual property of Frederick Ryan Bromley unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and read the material for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

• Republish, modify, or distribute the content for commercial or client-facing purposes

• Use the content to train AI models or automated systems

• Employ scraping tools, bots, or any automated means to copy or harvest material

We reserve the right to enforce these restrictions through legal means if necessary.

4. Refunds & Payment Disputes

All subscription payments and digital content purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

By subscribing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If a dispute is filed, we reserve the right to suspend access and pursue recovery of losses.

5. Disclaimers & Liability Limit

Content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

Liability is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid in the three (3) months prior to any claim. If you have not paid fees, no liability is accepted.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. Please check this page periodically.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.
